Patricia Buzari

The "Klassik Festival Momentum" was launched in 2015 by Patricia Buzari and celebrated its premiere in 2016. It is an artistically directed institution with the aim of presenting music at a high level during a festival.

The venue is the Museum Zinkhütter Hof in Stolberg in the Rhineland - one of the most underdeveloped regions in Germany.

For the first time, the International Youth Competition "Youth goes classic" took place in 2017, which is held every two years. Two of the goals are to liven up the city, but also the region, in a sustainable economic way and to set a clear signal for intercultural cooperation.

In addition, the festival Momentum e.V. has set itself the goal of promoting young artists and charity concerts for organizations against child abuse and other good causes.

The Classical Music Festival Momentum Stolberg is a proud partner of Friday Nights with Yury Revich.

FNYR was founded by Yury Revich (music director) and Mia Papaefthimiou. The aim of the project is the development of a new event format, which combines a formal, classical music concert and an informal concert with other artistic directions: the "Concert of Arts".

The concept is based on a synergetic and dialogical collaboration between music, art, applied arts, theater, dance and fashion with the aim of opening up new perspectives, listening to art and seeing music.

"Friday Nights with Yury Revich" is the main project of MY ARTS, Association for Cultural Assistance, a transdisciplinary non-profit organization promoting and networking young creative potential at national and international level.

Young Artists go classic 2019

International young musicians contest

About

The competition “Young Artists go classic” sets the intention to give young talents worthwhile goals which challenge them, promote and motivate them. The common “strength measurement” thought takes a back seat in that case in order to focus on the young musicians' personalities and their art of expression which must to be motivated and strengthened.

At the same time the competition offers a platform for the young musicians to meet and connect with each other where they can gain inspiration through each other’s abilities, and therefore their artistic and human growth will be enhanced.
